As the EY EMEIA Consulting Leader, Ram oversees a practice of over 50,000 people spanning 97 countries and 3 continents with a unique mix of innovative capabilities working together to support clients resolve complex business and technology transformation issues.

Since July 2020, Ram has focused on building the EY brand in the consulting market, driving client centricity, strengthening the firm’s business and technology competencies, while accelerating regional collaboration.

Ram is also an anchor for a number of key client relationships and supports the C-suite on their transformation agenda involving consulting, risk, people and technology aspects.

Prior to joining the EY EMEIA team, Ram was the Managing Partner at EY India for the advisory business, where he helped treble the size of the business and further enhanced EY's market leadership position.

Ram is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelors (Hons) Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi.
